Terms of Service
• Using my art for AI purposes or NFT trading is strictly prohibited.
• Tips are accepted and appreciated.
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my artwork. Full resolution artwork will be sent by email. Please do not remove my signature.
• I reserve the right to include any artwork in portfolios or example sheets, but credit will be given to you for character ownership.
• Revisions will be accepted during the sketch phase.
• If you wish to cancel a commission, notification is required.
• Please let me know if you have a deadline!
Process
• Please DM me if you are interested in commissioning me. I can be reached via Tumblr, Twitter (both below), or via Discord (gremlins_hotel).
• Do not be afraid to ask questions regarding your commission. Communication is crucial for both of us.
• If you think I may be uncomfortable with your request, feel free to ask.
• Please let me know if you are uncomfortable with me experimenting with your commission; often I use new pieces to attempt new techniques or to refine old ones in new ways.
Payment
• I only accept PayPal as my method of payment.
• USD only.
• [Sketches & Line Art] I accept payment 100% upfront.
• [All Else] I can accept payment 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the rest at the end of the sketch phase.
• If this does not work for you, please let me know so that we might form a payment plan.
Refund Policy
• A full refund will be offered if the sketch has not been started.
• If the commission has been started, but is canceled at any point during the process, I can offer a 50% refund.
• There will be no refund offered if the commission has already been completed.
Final Product
• The finished product will be delivered to you as a .PNG over email or in DMs.
• Unless specified not to, I will post the artwork to Twitter and Tumblr.
• You are allowed to use your artwork as a profile picture, banner, post it elsewhere, etc., but I request that you please attribute the art to me!
• Credit does not have to be a link, but please at least mention my name. Feel free to tag me if I am on that platform!
What Can I Draw?
I have few reservations when it comes to my art. I am comfortable drawing fan art, humans, humanoid characters, animals, and furries. I have a hard time with vehicles but am willing to attempt them. I am also comfortable with ship/couple art, gore, body horror, and NSFW.I will not draw content utilizing hateful slogans or symbols.If you have an idea, don't be afraid to run it by me! I am always open to discussion.
